How do I install my decal? Do you provide instructions with my order?

Each order is sent with a decal instruction card.

What is the durability of the vinyl?

All of our vinyl colors are high-quality commercial grade vinyl. Our vinyl is water and UV resistant for several years with proper care and installation.

Can I place my decal on glassware?

Yes! This is one of our favorite things to do. Although the decals are made of high quality vinyl, it is not recommended to place any glassware items you vinyl in the dishwasher or microwave. Also, please do not soak the glassware. Hand washing is recommended in order to preserve longevity,

I need my order fast! Do you offer rush orders?

I do not offer rush orders. If you are under a time constraint, please message me PRIOR to ordering to ensure I'll be able to meet the deadline.

Please do not leave need by times in the "note to seller" during checkout as in many times I do not look at this note until I am creating your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! For qualifying decals ordered in quantities of 10 or more we offer varied tiered discounts. Please contact us prior to ordering if you believe you qualify for a bulk discount. Please note not every decal is subject to bulk pricing.

My decal appears smaller than expected. Why?

Decals are measured two ways: either from the highest to lowest point, or from the widest points. Each listing will tell you if the decal sizing is based on height or width.

Beware of "drop down letters" such as g,y,j,p. These letters are included the total height. Thus if the name is "Megan" it will appear smaller than if the name is "Matt" due to the drop down letters.

If you are worried about sizing, please send us a message prior to ordering with the general size information for where you'd like to place the decal, and we can show you your options for "best fit" sizing.

When will my order ship?

Our current turnaround times (the time it takes before your item ships) are listed in the shop announcement. Currently, our TAT for most items is 3-5 business days for most items. These times do not include weekends.

What surfaces can I place my decal on?

Our decals are great on a variety of surfaces! Decals work best on smooth, solid surfaces such as:

metal, glass, acrylic, and some plastics.

This means feel free to use our decals on tumblers (Yeti-style), glassware, cars, laptops, & cellphones!

Avoid using decals on surfaces in which the paint may come off (some furniture and most walls) as well as silicone or rubber surfaces. In addition, decals do not stick well to textured coolers/non-metal water jugs and we do not recommend them for use on the majority of coolers/jugs.

Decals are also not good for fabric unless specifically stated.

What are the differences in shipping options for decals?

For all individual decals, the free shipping option uses USPS first-class letter mail. Your decal(s) will be shipped in an envelope with our instruction card. Tracking is not provided through this method (although sometimes some mailing updates are provided through Etsy and Pitney Bowes. This information is rarely accurate, and we do not guarantee any tracking information via this method).

The upgraded shipping option uses USPS first-class package mail. Under this method, your decal(s) will be packaged in a rigid mailer and come with accurate, reliable tracking. Additionally, orders shipped using this method generally arrive to their destination faster when compared to our free shipping option.
